Having a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this year ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to create a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
An expert in creating sculptors away from metal scrap, when a client approached Nishant to produce one of Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his baby little girl is surely an response to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came just as one possibility to express his passion towards the higher power.

Inspite of the short notice, a job that will need a commitment of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece in a month. Tirelessly morning and night along with his team, he admits that “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts would have to be handpicked so that they could fit in like a jigsaw puzzle. The most difficult and challenging part was the whole process of hammering and bending several to get the desire shape of your body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors included with the process of executing the job with the deadline, which however we were able to accomplish.
A 6 feet in height “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it is made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are almost 10 or 15 mm thick that have been bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to make it an entire metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been created from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts in order to name a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) is additionally produced from gears, nuts, bolts plus with a piston block plus a wrought iron tail.
