Amo Singh, certainly one of Taste Of Nepal co-founders told Instagram followers: “The hotel building is surely an incredibly beautiful instance of then it’s time, so we couldn’t have desired a greater location to share the west and food. I’ve always loved the very specific type of Punjabi and Nepalese food that you simply get in Kathmandu, and – being a massive desi food lover – I became delighted when our buddys of Thrapston shared there experiences and pleasant feedback regarding the venue and food.”
Chef Khadak Singh Chetrichetri is born and bred Nepalese so when a little daughter boy started inside the city Kathmandu being a Comms chef in the tender age of 12, his story is one of great interest if you ask me so when I first tasted his food within a new Thrapston takeaway A few years ago is amazing, I had created always beening looking for a real indian or desi style restaurant where I could discover the flavours and cooking style of 1000’s of punjabi mothers and even my mother’s cooking style, this golden day of pure north indian food in your house is rare today, with partners and busy routines, Now i am glad to bring this on the commericail platform for all to use.
Amo Singh continues ‘So chef Khadak in the age of 18 decides to journey to North-India and operate in Punjab and this is where he learnt his punjabi comfort food style from street food in order to 5 star hotel pallets. Khadak then was head hunted by the hotel group in London in order to cook for there high value individuals from India coming to the hotel on a regular basis. From here the storyplot is actually simply one of greatness, as Nepalese immigrants settled in britain Khadak could be the executive chef who would function as foundation to there success paying loving homage to North Indian Punjabi artisan food which is part of the fabric of life in Kathmandu and many types of over North India.
