Which has a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this year ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to generate a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
An expert in creating sculptors beyond metal scrap, every time a client approached Nishant to produce one among Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his new born little girl is definitely an response to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came just as one possibility to express the love towards higher power.

Despite the short notice, a task that needs a consignment of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece in just a month. Tirelessly time of day and night with his team, he says “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts would have to be handpicked so they could easily fit in just like a jigsaw puzzle. The most difficult and challenging part was the whole process of hammering and bending the various components to get the desire form of your body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors combined with the task of executing the job with the deadline, which however we been able to accomplish.
A 6 feet tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it can be made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are nearly 10-15 mm thick that had been bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to make it an entire metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been created from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts only to name some. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) is also created from gears, nuts, bolts as well as with a piston block plus a wrought iron tail.
With the 6 foot Ganpati created away from automobile scrap for his client, another problem for Nishant is a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
