For quite some time I had tough times and I became driven to learn why these things were happening to me.


This became one among my life’s greatest challenges. I had been so stuck in the victim mindset of why me, that I almost missed out on Inspiration and Wisdom and tests which are being presented before me. Little did I know, that I is at preparation in my advancement. During those times it felt like I had been surviving in hell. The perception I had created of my experience then has not been great, I had been more tightly focused within the negative, full of fear looking for somebody or something like that the culprit and be responsible.

Eventually I stumbled upon that I has not been alone dealing with tough times, there where many others dealing with tough experiences too. Even though their experiences were somewhat dissimilar to mine, they were still being challenged towards the core, so this provided me with comfort understanding that the challenging journey has not been only for me. For that reason understanding I began to provide myself permission to come out of the victim mindset that had me in the mental prison for countless years. You see all of us have to endure some tough times at different periods individuals lives and no-one can tell why we must have these experiences. This then causes us to make a list of might know about can do over it? Most people get stuck here, due to this question. You know yourself that you do not get sound advice which basically can be a recipe for mental bondage that results in the victim mindset.

Whatever you settle upon here will define the path you will follow. Lets take an example. Perhaps you have felt like you were a victim associated with a circumstance? Below that mindset can be a spiralling on to negative emotions you will will feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you’re down within the dumps? This is extremely typical to most of us, we now have areas were we’re adamant that it is beyond our understanding, so it will be easier for all of us to help make the assumption that it is somebody’s fault, then when you start out to consentrate like this it can make you lose your management of what’s happening. When you are in this frame of mind or belief it is rather challenging to come out of it, you will want something considerably more powerful frame of mind that you should be free.

Many people find change tough to cope with as by nature we often combat any change, because we prefer to sit and live in the things which we’re knowledgeable about that’s otherwise referred to as comfort zone. From the comfort zone most of us we dwell there for too long periods, might know about don’t realise is that change will happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it is usually good to go using the flow instead of resisting and fighting. For you to accept the modification and be in flow with it you must have a positive understanding of conditions that you are going through.

One of the most challenging question that lots of people ask is how to stay positive? Generally we’re creatures of habit we find just changing another thing from our usual pattern rather painful but it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that usually brings the greatest results.
