Life Lessons – The trick of Positive Understanding

For quite some time I had difficult times and that i became driven to determine these particular things were happening in my experience.


This became certainly one of my life’s greatest challenges. I became so stuck in a victim mindset of why me, i almost overlooked Life lessons and tests which are being presented before me. Little did I realize, i is at preparation for my advancement. In those days it felt like I became surviving in hell. The perception I had created of my experience then wasn’t great, I became focused from the negative, filled with fear and searching for someone something like that to blame and assume responsibilty.

Then I ran across i wasn’t alone experiencing difficult times, there where lots of others experiencing tough experiences too. Although their experiences were a bit different to mine, these folks were still being challenged to the core, which means this provided me with comfort understanding that the tough journey wasn’t only for me. For that reason understanding I started to provide myself permission to come out of the victim mindset which had me in a mental prison for countless years. The truth is people have to undergo some difficult times at different periods of our own lives and no-one really knows why we must have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves what we can do about this? Most people find yourself in trouble here, for this reason question. You tell yourself that you don’t follow simple proven steps which basically is a recipe for mental bondage that leads to the victim mindset.

What you settle upon here will define the path that you’ll follow. Lets take a good example. Have you felt like you were a target associated with a circumstance? Here are some that mindset is a spiralling on to negative emotions you may learn to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you might be down from the dumps? This is very present with most of us, we’ve got areas were were adamant it’s beyond our understanding, therefore it is easier for us to make the assumption it’s somebody’s fault, while you start to think like this commemorate you lose your handle of what are you doing. When you are because way of thinking or belief it is rather tough to leave it, you’ll need something much more powerful than that way of thinking that you can be free.

At this point most are asleep, so they must awaken using their slumber. If you are awaken something changes, you then become conscious of the way you have been playing small , are getting to be a target. An individual will be conscious of this you open a door for the perception to change. Your way of being positive starts here and this experience is exactly what I call a shift in to a new thought process. This transitioning period of transformation is normally slow but really worth the wait.

Everyone knows that transitioning generally is a challenging time since you are working on letting go of the old so that the new can emerge. Many people find change very difficult to deal with as obviously we sometimes fight any change, because we choose to sit and dwell in the things which were knowledgeable about that is otherwise referred to as safe place. Inside the safe place most of us we dwell there for very long periods, what we don’t realise is the fact that change will probably happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it’s usually good to go together with the flow as an alternative to resisting and fighting. That you should accept the progres and stay in flow by using it you’ll want a confident understanding of instances that you are going through.

The most challenging question that many people ask is how to make sure? Generally were creatures of habit we find just changing a very important factor from our usual pattern rather painful but it is consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience very often brings ideal results.
