For quite some time I experienced difficult times and I became driven to learn why these things were happening in my experience.


This became one among my life’s greatest challenges. I used to be so stuck in a victim mindset of why me, that we almost missed out on Bitesized and tests that were being presented before me. Little did I know, that we what food was in preparation in my advancement. At that time it felt like I used to be living in hell. The perception I had of my experience then was not great, I used to be more tightly focused within the negative, filled with fear and searching for somebody or something the culprit and assume responsibility.

Then one day I stumbled upon that we was not alone going through difficult times, there where many others going through tough experiences too. Though their experiences were somewhat different to mine, these folks were still being challenged towards the core, and this provided comfort knowing that the tough journey was not only for me. Due to this understanding I started to provide myself permission to leave the victim mindset which in fact had me in a mental prison for several years. The thing is that all of us have to pass through some difficult times at different periods in our lives and nobody really knows why we should instead have these experiences. This then causes us to make a list of might know about are capable of doing about it? Most of the people get stuck here, due to this question. You know yourself that you do not follow simple proven steps which basically is really a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.

Everything you choose to do here will define the trail that you’ll follow. Lets take one example. Have you felt just like you were a sufferer of any circumstance? What will happen that mindset is really a spiralling down into negative emotions you may start to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you’re down within the dumps? This is extremely present with many of us, we now have areas were were adamant that it is beyond our understanding, so it will be easier for individuals to really make the assumption that it is somebody’s fault, when you start out to think such as this commemorate you lose your power over what is happening. When you are because state of mind or belief it’s very tough to leave it, you will require something a lot more powerful than that state of mind that you should be free.

At this stage lots of people are asleep, so they need to wake from their slumber. When you are wake something changes, you feel alert to how we have been playing small and are getting to be a sufferer. When you’re alert to this you open a door on your perception to improve. Your way of being positive starts here which experience is the thing that I call a shift in to a new attitude. This transitioning use of transformation is often slow but well worth the wait.

Everyone knows that transitioning generally is a challenging time as you are implementing releasing the previous so the new can occur. The majority of us find change very difficult to take care of as obviously we sometimes deal with any change, because we want to sit and dwell in what were familiar with which is otherwise called the safe place. From the safe place many of us we dwell there for days on end periods, might know about don’t realise is the fact that change is going to happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it’s usually all set together with the flow as an alternative to resisting and fighting. That you can accept the progres and be in flow with it you might want an optimistic thought of conditions that you’re going through.

Probably the most challenging question that many people ask you are able to look for the positive? Generally were creatures of habit we discover just changing something beyond our usual pattern rather painful yet it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience have a tendency to brings ideal results.
