Life Lessons – The key of Positive Notion

For several years I underwent tough times and i also became driven to discover why these things were happening if you ask me.


This became one among my life’s greatest challenges. I was so stuck inside a victim mindset of why me, i almost missed out on Life lessons and tests which are being presented before me. Little did I know, i was at preparation in my advancement. Then it felt like I was living in hell. The perception I needed of my experience then wasn’t great, I was far more concerned in the negative, filled with fear looking for somebody as well at fault and take responsibility.

Eventually I came across i wasn’t the only one dealing with tough times, there where lots of others dealing with tough experiences too. Despite the fact that their experiences were a bit different to mine, these folks were still being challenged to the core, and this set it up comfort knowing that the cruel journey wasn’t only for me. Because of this understanding I began to give myself permission to leave the victim mindset which had me inside a mental prison for many years. The thing is people have to pass through some tough times at different periods individuals lives and nobody really knows why we have to have these experiences. This then makes us ask ourselves what we should can do about this? Most of the people get stuck here, because of this question. You tell yourself that you do not get sound advice which basically can be a recipe for mental bondage that then leads to the victim mindset.

What you settle upon here will define the trail you will follow. Lets take an illustration. Maybe you have felt as if you were a target from a circumstance? Here are some that mindset can be a spiralling down into negative emotions you may start to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you are down in the dumps? This really is usual to most of us, we now have areas were we’re adamant that it’s beyond our understanding, so it is easier for all of us to help make the assumption that it’s somebody’s fault, while you begin to believe like this it can make you lose your control of what are you doing. Once you get in this way of thinking or belief it is extremely hard to emerge from it, you will want something a lot more powerful than that way of thinking that you can be free.

Now lots of people are asleep, so they must wake up from other slumber. When you are wake up something changes, you in turn become aware of how you are already playing small , are getting to be a target. When you are aware of this you open a door for the perception to improve. Your journey for being positive starts here and this experience is what I call a shift right into a new state of mind. This transitioning duration of transformation is usually slow but definitely worth the wait.

Everyone knows that transitioning generally is a challenging time since you are working on letting go of the previous in order that the new can occur. Many of us find change very difficult to take care of as by nature we sometimes deal with any change, because we want to sit and dwell in the things that we’re acquainted with which is otherwise referred to as comfortable zone. From the comfortable zone most of us we dwell there for too long periods, what we should don’t realise is that change will happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it will be usually good to go using the flow as an alternative to resisting and fighting. So that you can accept the change and become in flow by it you need to have a good understanding of situations that you’re going through.

One of the most challenging question that many people ask is how to look for the positive? Generally we’re creatures of habit we find just changing something from our usual pattern rather painful but it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience very often brings greatest results.
