Health and Vaccinations

There are no compulsory immunisations for travellers to Tajikistan but you should have up-to date vaccinations for Typhoid Tetanus, Polio as well as Hepatitis A. Drinks and food

The meals on this tour tends to be mainly on soups, meat and potatoes. In the distant and higher altitude regions, vegetables can be hard to come by. However, there are plenty of dried nuts and dried fruits that you can taste.
