Having a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this coming year ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to create a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
An expert in creating sculptors out of metal scrap, each time a client approached Nishant to produce one of Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his newborn baby girl is surely an response to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came being an opportunity to express his love towards the higher power.

In spite of the short notice, a project that will require a dedication of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece in a month. Tirelessly working day and night along with his team, according to him “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts needed to be handpicked so they could easily fit into like a jigsaw puzzle. The hardest and challenging part was the whole process of hammering and bending the various components to own desire shape of one’s body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors combined with the process of executing the job in the deadline, which however we been able to accomplish.
A 6 ft . tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it’s made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are nearly Ten to fifteen mm thick which were bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to really make it a whole metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been created from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts just to name a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) can be created from gears, nuts, bolts as well as which has a piston block plus a wrought iron tail.
Together with the 6 foot Ganpati created beyond automobile scrap for his client, another problem for Nishant is a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
